Wrestlers Place at State

Three wrestlers from MHS placed at the state tournament held February 26 -27 in Hays. Tate Omli placed 1st in the 189 lb. weight class. Tate is from Ell-Saline, but wrestled with the Minneapolis team until the regional and state tournament, where he is required to wrestle for his own school.
Senior Adam Klein placed 3rd in the 152 lb. weight class, and senior John Corman placed 4th in the 130 lb. weight class.
The Lions are coached by MHS Instructor Jeff Giles, and assisted by Jerry Mick and Chas Hauck.
Way to go, Lions!!!
