Men

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying you to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment” (Ralph Waldo Emerson). This quotation fits the male species extremely well. Every man will give you his own thoughts and feelings without thinking first. This is just one quality in men, you see it all the time in everyday life. All men have their unique characteristics.
First are the troublemakers. They are always finding some way to get in trouble and not get caught. Most of the time they do. When you see one troublemaker, you are bound to find a whole bunch more.
Then there are some loners. These are the guys who separate themselves from groups and do what they please. Sometimes that isn’t a good idea. They always cast themselves out from all the activities and never really have any fun.
Next are the outgoing guys. These are the fun ones, who are never scared to try anything new and always help shy people break out of their shell. For example, I used to be a quiet person who didn’t like to get into trouble and never talked during class. Ha; that didn’t last too long after I got to know some of my friends really well, like Cameron, the Hamm boys, Zac, and Austin. These boys also fit into the funny group. They always know what to say. Sometimes it might not be at the right time, but most of the time what they say usually helps. You got to love the funny guys because they make you laugh, which is always a good thing because you can never laugh too much.
Finally, you have those serious guys who never have any fun and always have to get their homework done. Whenever you try to have a good time around them, they sit and glare at you and think that you are the stupidest thing alive. (I don’t think there are any of those guys in our school.)
“Anyone who has never made mistakes has never tried anything new” (Albert Einstein). This quotation fits my friends especially well. I would have to say some men are daredevils. The only words you ever have to mention around them are dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. Hitting trees, breaking bones, getting concussions and pretty much rolling around in the mud are their specialties. But whenever we find out about someone getting hurt because of something stupid, they never live it down. We are a class of people who will make sure someone is okay, then start laughing. Most of the guys in my class are pretty caring toward just about anyone, unless it is someone who completely annoys them, and you can definitely tell if they do.
Mohandas Gandhi said, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow learn as if you were to live forever”. This is another good quotation describing men. They try to live as if there is no tomorrow, and if they make a mistake or get hurt, they try to learn from it so it never happens again. Well most of the time!
